It would be really super nice if these were separated into active and ended, or even better, a sign up now section for upcoming events

Active PvP Events are moved from the Upcoming Events area into the active area.  Additionally, whenever an Event begins signups a post is made in the Forum News and Announcements (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,46.0.html) section so that everyone can see.  Once the Event ends it is moved back from the active section to the Upcoming PvP Events area.
