Card Ideas and Art

While i know that some cards have made it to Reliquary, most are not. And we can agree that the cards in Armory are mostly very good, and will be a nice addition for the game.
But:
Even if your idea gets a lot of votes and reaches higher levels, there are zero guarantees that it will ever be used by the developers.
By writing "Best cards and art are added to the game", it could raise the expectation on this actually happened too high. The chance is very small, we all know it. So it's probably better to rephrase the description of that section, because as of now the wording makes it sounds quite possible.
