Deck images not showing all new cards [fixed soon]

Do you see identical images, or are the last 7 cards missing from the upper image on your web browser?

I noticed this when I was looking my Super Awesome Deck ESco the Half-Blood Killer (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,11715), and I thought it was really odd that the last 7 cards didn't show up the way they are supposed to. Then I tried to fix the problem, and when I changed the "deck mark=entropy" to "deck mark=ENTROPY" the last cards became visible. I also found out that changing it to "=EntropY" or "author=zse" to "author=zn" or "= zse" or =zse " are enough to fix the problem too.

It seems that somehow the length of 1st row on deck code affects the way the last cards are shown in certain decks and in certain old topics. Or at least that's what I think of this bizarre phenomenon.

The images are identical.
But yes, I believe it might be a little bit before EVERY image in the forums gets updated.

After the update to the deck image generator, you just have to redo a post that has ??s in it.  The previous images won't change automatically.

If I use in the old topic http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,11715 "author=zse" I can't see the cards, but with "author=zse " I can. This isn't that big problem, but strange anyway...

Oh, sorry for the inconvenience. I thought that Report all the bugs you find here meant bugs in both, game and forums. But if that's the case, why don't you then move this topic to Forum Suggestions.

That's not actually 100% correct. The issue here is that those older images have been built, and now instead of re-building them, the server just uses the old ones.

I can fix this by deleting all old images on server, forcing it to rebuild everything. Problem with this is that there are so damn many of them that it requires some manual labor to get rid of them all. Simply going to a folder and deleting everything won't work in this case.

I'm doing it as we speak. Takes a while but should be done today.

Sounds like that would cause too much work for fixing such a small problem. My suggestion is that you, or some other moderator, just fix the images on Deck Archive link-lists. Easiest way to do that is just change "deck mark=x" to "deck mark=X" (all caps) or "author=x" to "author=x " (1 space to the end). Everyone else can do these fixes to their own topics by themselves, if someone asks them to do so.

Sounds like that would cause too much work for fixing such a small problem.

It's something I would have done no matter what, so it's not a problem.
