What Zso said finds me in agreement, but there are other things to consider in sequencing/timing events. Coloseum is about to start with max 32 players possible. After just one battle lets say a week, 16 remain and in 2 weeks just 8 people still play. Compaire that with budokan, where 36 have to stick for a minimum of 4 weeks.
Also consider events like booster draft, a month has passed and still drafting takes place or Warrior's Preparation where a substancial amount of time needs to be invested before the actuall event starts and the time required after that drops drastically.
Another point is that 2 events at the same time requiring 25-30+ participants to stick around for a good month is straining the player's numbers. A 3rd event that requires slow start like booster draft can follow, but something with another 15-20 participants may be too much not just for PvPO but the public as well. This follow to events like war and brawl, it is hard to expect people to comit to a war/ brawl team and have a complex event running at the same time. WP was a good example of that: an event that started before war and the planning was during auction, leaving only the matches during the "heat" of war(organizationaly the event failed but planning/timing for it was well done)
