not sure if this is the place to put this but i dont see a 'forgot password' section on the game.  how do i come back if i forgot my name and password?

Have you given an email adress, when you created your account ?
If not, you have no way to prove, that you are the correct "owner" of the account, and you should create a new one. Multiaccounts are allowed in Elements (but not in the forum).
