Chat Issue

I seem to be having an issue with chat.

a) Chat is not updating itself. I only see new messages when I refresh the page.
b) Where pressing the Return key usually posts the message, it is instead making a paragraph (like pressing return would in Word).
c) The Green Arrow to submit a message will not work either. So I can't post messages.

This was happening to me on the regular a while back. The only solution I found was to refresh the page each time it happened. After a couple weeks it stopped with no apparent reason.

It is constant on my Laptop, meaning I can not use chat on my laptop, because I can't post.
It is not an account thing, because chat works on my phone.

Cookies?
Drivers for something like flash or java?
I don't know how any of this works

UPDATE:
This is a problem with Chrome. It works on Internet Explorer. Hope that helps knowledge having people :S

Had same issue yesterday with Firefox. It seems to be resolved now, though my usual problems persist (tho that's because of my ISP)

Cleared History and Cookies and Cache, works fine now.
