Changing the ??? Emoticon

Well, I experienced this problem on other forums too where ? ? ? was a common thing to use in referring to something.

In this forum, the missing cards due to problems have exactly three question marks on them, so people frequently have these emoticons lying around whenever they refer to this. Though it's not one of those GIANT problems, it's one that really bugs me wherever I see it. Is there a chance that its text could be changed? From what I can gather, this is a privately hosted forum.
