Link to the Tutorial section in the Chat

Every day there is people entering the chat and saying "how can I make my deck better?", "who can help me improve my deck?" and such. When I look at their decks and see they are ugly, depending on their state of newbiness I send them to different tutorials and threads.

As many people enter the chat directly from the game's page without knowing the forums, I suggest linking the tutorial section to the top of the chat. Yes, where the current activities are written.

This will make the newbies don't need a vet to be present and send them to the section where everyone does.

There are a lot, listed in a thread in forum suggestions and feedback called Update the tutorial section. Council said it must be done by an admin, Xeno told me to speak with the council, no one's gonna do it without a bit of will.
