Berf This Card! Section

Let's be honest, not all changes someone has in mind on a card are always a nerf or a buff.  Sometimes it is fairly both.  This would really be a section where a card would be reworked in several different ways than a single aspect, and one might be reflective of the other so it remains balanced, but addresses the general problem it may have that is not directly about it's balance.

If I knew where it was, I'd quote a post here.

Basically, there should be be one section, which requires threads to have tags of [Buff], [Nerf], or [Change]. Berfs, which is really a dumb term, would have [Change] tags.

I doubt a berf area would get most use, normally someone wants to nerf of buff a card and then people suggest a berf instead.

This is always tricky, I would just put it in the buff section, or hold out by pulling the suggestion back up again.

I love the idea of one general section for card reworks and have the [Buff] [Nerf] [Change] in the title. Or just add a "Card Rework" Section included as one of the subsections in the same area as Nerf and Buff this card.

The nerf and buff child boards were made to categorise the board better, because those specific threads were quite a few. General change card threads are rare enough that they fit well in the main board.
