I've seen your Deck topics and all of them have been well thought out and tested prior to posting them for other people to use. Suggestions to decks are common, and even people you would consider the most elite deckbuilders here miss a certain card choice when posting their decks. I spent about 4 days in a row posting deck topics that I thought were unique a few weeks ago. So long as you're not just posting the first thing that pops into your head, you're fine.
Deck Help topics would never really constitute as spam unless you're reposting the same idea multiple times. As long as you're indicating what you want the deck to be used for, problems you've had in using it, etc. (basically everything that you're told to do in the Sticky topic in that section) every time you post a deck there, no one should consider your topics as spam. Now, that's not to say that people won't grow tired of offering you advice, but that's a completely different story.
