Personally I think the "All Unread Posts" should be split up into "All Unread Topics" as well.
More often than not, most of the topics at the top of the list are topics that you've seen before and are merely being bumped by a recent post.
If you have a section with All Unread Topics, you can take a look at all the topics that you haven't read yet, and maybe you can find something that you want to comment or is interesting that you wouldn't have noticed before.
