Adjust Location of Secret Sections?

Hiya gals and guys. I just have a minor suggestion: why not move the Private Boards (where all the staff-related secret sections are) to the top of the forums instead of the bottom? It may seem superfluous, though it can be rather easy to miss it, and having it at the top would help get rid of how easy it is to forget about them and ignore them. Anywho, that's the suggestion, and it is pretty straightforward.
