How then would you categorize decks which consist of both upped and unupped cards?

Aside from making manually combing through sections easier to search for decks (which isn't needed because we have a Search function), I don't understand why this would be useful. 

Please explain why you want this to be instated.

i would categorize it in the upped section

i would like to categorize because that would be very comfortable, especially for poor players that cant upgrade ANY cards
