I'm gonna go ahead and say probably not. Your deck's going to have trouble against bonewalls, and other phase shields. I'd say get rid of the quantum towers (you're only usin' three elements, anyways) and replace 'em with earth pendulums, or a split of earth pendulums and aether pillars, since you'll mainly be using aether. With your big excess of fire quanta you must accrue, I might put in some fire lances as well, if only to get behind all those phase shields and bonewalls.
Other than that, it seems a bit big and may need some chopping, or maybe a complete overhaul. You might win against rush decks, but I wouldn't count on getting a phase shield out fast enough with this deck.
