Is this a T50 glitch or what?

I'm newish around here and want to know whether this needs to be reported.

This is the second time in 4 days I've got this 'Worthy Opponent' so I'm guessing it maybe slipping through the cracks.

***Update - I encountered Vannza's unupped deck twice in 6 matches, 2 of the other 4 were against the opponent below:



I've read the other posts questioning and defending the 'random' seed of the game engine, also threads relating to reloading the game and clearing the browser cache. This now appears related yet slightly different.

  Can a mod please move this to the bug section, it would appear more valid in hindsight.

I got the same thing just today. A rank 12 with 0 score. The funny thing is, he really has 0 score and the default unupped deck.

i ran into ronecharles the other day. pic said he had 0 score 0 wins 0 losses but he was fully upped, check T50, apparently my game just wasnt showing me his score, but if its unupped then its gota be a hacker or glitch.
