something wrong with justoneguy top50 deck

Have been grinding top 50 as of today and have met "justoneguy" deck three times and figures there must be something wrong with it.

two first times it only played pillars and I beat it with elemental master.
Thought it odd and finally got to meet it a third time.

This time I only played pillars myself and let it play almost all cards (it only had a couple of cards left in deck when match was over).
It only played pillars again, except for one "retro virus" card.
It had 3-4 cards on hand at all times.
It should have had more than enough quanta to play anything throughout those three games but never did.
Spins over those three games have given me 4 (maybe 5) relic cards.

Anyone else noticed this?

There's nothing wrong with it at all; it is a "farm" deck, a deck set up by the t50 player specifically to help other players win certain cards (typically rare cards).  In this case, the deck is set up to help players win relics.  (:  Farms are a big part of what makes grinding the t50 so worthwhile.
