ext3 is not down, nor was it before. You can connect with a normal client to irc.ext3.net (specific servers might not direct properly). Webchat went down with services, just like earlier today. Being resolved.

If irc.ext3.net doesn't work, try apocalypse.ext3.net

Not sure at all at what I am trying to do with mIRC.  I think I did it right, but it won't connect to either.
