There are lots of decks that can beat False Gods enough to be profitable. (If you know how to play them.)
PuppyChow's Rainbow
Order In the Court
Scaredgirl's Rainbow (Upgraded and Non)
RoL/Hope
Yaladilae's Butterfly Angel (v1.21)
Poison Quartet
The Condor
The Essential Newbie FG Farmer
Anti-FG deck / Qohelet style
etc...
The top50 is full of standard queen/druid/oty decks because they very likely have been using that type of deck for a while and have gotten used to the playstyle. That is because that build was one of the early decks developed to beat fgs after the sundial nerf. The other decks, however, are newer and use the recently released cards, so have not gained popularity in the t50 right now.
With regards to your desire that people develop their own decks instead of using other people's ideas, I will say that the best decks will always be a product of the ideas of more than one player. Players first come up with a deck concept, but other can always find ways of improving them, so that the finished deck is the result of the combined efforts of all those involved in experimenting with the deck build.
It is unlikely that all the oty/ffq/druid decks are the same. It is just unfortunate that those cards are currently very powerful when used correctly, while many other cards have limited utility. I, too, grew tired of the standard rainbow build, and developed my own fg killer that does not use the queen or the druid, so I can understand your frustration.
I am sure that time will solve this problem, as cards are introduced and newfound combos change the game dynamic.
