FFQ FUUUUUU https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=5615.msg56995#msg56995
« on: April 21, 2010, 11:56:08 am »
If I have to face ONE more FFQ in the T50's, I might just kill myself. I'm getting so annoyed with everyone playing the same decks. I know there aren't alot of cards, but have some originality people! I make all my own decks from scratch, from my own ideas, and have never once taken a deck from the forums. It's not that the deck isn't good, or that I can't beat it, I'm just tired of seeing the same thing every time I start a match in T50 or PvP. It's that, or a shrieker deck. Not sure which is more annoying.

People run FFQ decks?  In the top50?!?!?!  I thought that was dominated by Puppy/Sg rainbows.  Are you raging about the immortal FFQ rainbows or just FFQ spam rush decks?

I've faced quite a few of the ffq, oty, permafrost shield/bone wall, eternity set in the top50.

AAAHH ... thoooose FFQ-decks.

You will never get rid of those because FFQ is a base-ingredient of many FG-rainbows.

T50-players leave them up after they are done playing against false gods and anyone who plays T50 is stuck with quinted Otys + FFQ + Druid on a regular basis.

here (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,5618.0.html)
is an awesome upped deck that that plows through all that circus.

But I can see how you are annoyed about that ... probably just want to test a new deck idea and get matched against one stall-rainbow after the other eh?

I just feel if this was a real card game, and everyone played the same Deck, no one would want to play. If people want to beat FG's, they should be able to do it without using the same deck as everyone else. If only one perfect deck exists to beat FGs, then the FGs should be easier.

Well, the fact is that your traditional rainbow (FFQ, Druid, and Oty along with Quint) dominates t50 because the players are in t50, and it requires a lot of score to do so. Due to the score requirements, people farm FGs, and because you need some source of damage (Best options for rainbow are FFQ/Druid) in a rainbow deck, as well as a lot of control (Oty, Steals, and Pulvy/BE take it again as the best tools available). Since those are such key cards in beating FGs, the majority of t50 players will use them. Can't blame them for farming.

Now, there are some non-rainbow FG decks, but they're not quite as effective and a lot of t50 players don't have them upped.
I ask nothing of humanity but fairness in all things, but I do not expect even that.

I understand that, but I'm saying that's the problem. We don't have the luxury of making more cards quick enough that people will have other options, so the T50 FGs should be easier.

edit: I meant to say the FGs

T50 IS easy.

An unupped deck can win like 75-80% against them.

Purity which deck are you running?  I mean you say you make original decks, but if they can't outrush a FG killer... then that's why you're losing
