I went up against Lordbozo in pvp1. At first he played 7 stone pillars. I played my pillars and ended my turn. His TOWERS seemed to explode, and he destroyed some of my pillars (not sure which, I think purple.) Then his entire field switched to green rush. His shriekers were 8 attack BURRIED, and the green creatures that were in the same places as the buried shriekers were also buried. Throughout the game the creatures or the towers would have an exploding effect, and his side would change from green rush to shrieker rush. I would have kicked his ass if he hadn't had those green creatures buried and if I'd seen the shield (antimatter my own critters to avoid it)

Just before this I played AI5 with the exact same deck. I went up against Lumonos (however you spell that) and kicked his ass ^_^ I didn't win anything, and idk if that matters. I didn't touch any other buttons beside "pvp1" between those two battles. Didn't open any menus, graphics, deck, or anything.

Sorry, didn't see this until after the game finished so I don't have any screenshots. Anyways, on the pvp page, it showed a death mark, and then after the game started, it was a darkness mark. then throughout the game their cards kept switching between darkness and death cards. I don't quite remember the exact moves, but this is the general playthrough:
We both just played towers on the 1st turn. I believe he played a Minor Vampire card 2nd turn, then I froze it and played Poison. Next turn, he played a Vampire Dagger and I played a Chrysaora on mine. I think he didn't play any cards next turn and I played an Arctic Squid. Then this is when I think things turned odd. His mark turned into death and the Vampire Dagger turned into an Arsenic. Then he played a Flesh Spider and I played another Chrysaora. Next he played Plague, but I didn't see any poison markers on any of my creatures. He played a Graveyard or Bone Wall and a Poison somewhere before it switched back to darkness, but when it switched back to darkness, the Flesh Spider turned into a Black Dragon. Then I believed it switched back into Death one more itme before turning back to darkness when the game ended.
Prior to playing this PVP1 match, I had played a level 3 CPU.

I didn't get a screenshot immediately after desync. I noticed the desync when opponent had 3 quantum pillars, 5 time factories, a pulverizer that was not upgraded, and only one scarab in play. I believe he just played a shard of gratitude immediately before the desync. 

I believe I had 3-4 Quantum Towers in play, a shard of gratitude, and I believe I had just played a Sundial.

After opponent played shard of gratitude, opponent's element changed from Aether to Time, opponent's scarab changed to Otyugh. The unupgraded pulverizer opponent had disappeared (and I was just about to steal it, too).

I said, "uh oh, our game is out of sync." Opponent responded "Uh Oh."

Then opponent's element switched back to Aether, the Otyugh changed back to Scarab, and the unupgraded pulverizer reappeared. The game proceeded mostly as normal, but our chat seemed to be weird - his "Uh Oh" response seemed to appear every single turn pretty much from that point on.

For some reason, Opponent appeared to have -4 earth quantums from that point on. I also did not appear to be getting the proper number of elements from my towers for the rest of the game.

In the screen shot, you can see I was easily winning, but before I could finish him it said I won (as if he decked out or something).

I took the screenshot shortly before the game ended. The game was started at approx.  9:45 PM EST.

Ive found that Flying a Titan and Gravity pulling it ususally causes desync back when I was in the BL.

My decklist is listed in my last post (look up like 2 or three replies).

Again, I did not take screen shot immediately after desync because I wasn't sure there was a desync until too late.

I had two or three electrum hour glasses in play, a shard of gratitude, a flying Eternity equipped with shard of readiness and quintessence and had approx. 5-6 quantum towers. Opponent had one vampire in play with approx 50 darkness elements in his pool. Opponent played fractal and then played 6 more vampires.

On my turn I played my new favorite card for situations like this: Pandemonium. I believe that is when we desynced. On my screen, only two remained. I used eternity to put one on top of his deck, leaving only one in play. The next turn, he had three in play, all of them being poisoned. I asked opponent if he had played two that turn or if he still had some in play. He said after pandemonium, he still had three in play.

I was pretty sure at this point we were out of sync, but what sealed the deal was when he fractaled two more time, going in what appeared to eb the negative to cast vampires. As you can see in the screenshot, opponent is showing -26 of the darkness element.

Ultimately I won the game, but I am pretty sure we went out of sync.

Opponent had 5 shriekers in play I have pulverizer with shard of readiness and quintessence. I cast pandemonium and I gain one from parallel universe, opponent has 4 left. I play the thorn shield and end turn. shriekers move positions on field, several turns later, one seems to change from 10/3 to 10/1 (two poison on it) but it keeps reverting betweent he two instead of dying. Opponent believed I had much less life than I was showing. It was weird. I won, but one of his creatures just would not die and some seemed to appear and disappear.

From what I could see (if it can be helpful), he used Quantum Pillars (quantity unknown, minimum 12), Druidic Staff (quantity unknown, minimum 5), Owl's Eye (quantity unknown, minimum 3), Flying Weapon (quantity unknown,  minimum 7), Dimensional Shield (quantity unknown, minimum 3), Fire Shield (quantity unknown, minimum 1), Golden Hourglass (quantity unknown, minimum 5).

During my turn, i played a Lycanthrope, then i ended my turn (thus attacking him with Abomination and the 1/1 Lycanthrope). He had no Air quanta at that time. On his turn, he played a Quantum Pillar and used Owl's Eye (under the effect of Living Weapon) special ability on my Lycanthrope, killing it. I took a screenshot at that time.

I continued playing another Lycanthrope on my turn. He then used Owl's Eye special ability again (without having gained any Air quanta, thus reaching -4). Unfortunately, i don't have pics of this one, sorry  :(

The game went on for a few more turns, then AI got control of his deck because of inactivity (whole 60+10s without any imput on his side)

I Lighting the other players' Lava Golem (7/3).
Lava Golem died.
Pressed [Space Bar] to end turn and attack.
The Lava Golem was back and still able to grow to a (9/5).

I'm not sure , but i think my deck was:
6 s-novas, 6 crimson, ?4? grabs, ?2? e-grabs, 6 rols, 6 crems

P.S.
Is possible that someone can know how to desync and abuse it to win?  I don't understand it clearly  ??? I always though that were hackers, I know I'm wrong now.

If you never hit the spacebar before the timer runs out, it gets smaller.
If you run it down to zero, you can't do anything and the game says it detects a desync.
Actually, the desync msg comes up a lot if you keep running your timer down to 0 too much.
