The problem with Other creatures is that one nova can cover up to a 12 cost other creature.  According to my calculations, if this were a specific element, it would cost 7 quanta or so.  However, this needs to be increased by a lot, given this is an Other creature.  Since 7 of one specific quanta requires 7 dedicated pillars, this should require 7 quantum pillars, or 21 random quanta. 
But I see you made an effort with the Aspectral ability, so that would help some.  However, you can still play three of these with one Supernova and still have the low upkeep cost.  I would suggest the cost be about 15?

24 Damage for 6 :entropy is probably a big no-no... Hm, will analyze this further when I get back home.

My Aspectral passive ability was an attempt to make it not very Quantum Pillar | Quantum Tower friendly and yet still be viable in Mono, Dual and Tri-Elemental decks. Keeping that in mind, feel free to help by suggesting changes, moreso towards the passive ability.

I want Aspectral to open new doors for Other cards and having said that, feel free to modify it and use it in a manner wherein it can be applied to all Other cards that need the modification.

Version 2.0

With the concept of Mirror Quanta (http://img689.imageshack.us/img689/421/mirrorquanta.png), the Aspectral ability was no longer needed and can be balanced irregardless of Cremation and Supernova.

Because that imbalances the card and Leaf Dragon has been decided that it's not an actual dragon - see Twin-Headed Wyvern (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,20663.msg284892#msg284892).

^Like Bloodshadow and I did with Void I would advise people using the Mirror Concept to put this quote in their "Notes Section", so people don't have to go back and forth between threads.

I kind of lost the prerequisites for PQ cards to enter the Crucible.    ._.
