Trials Phase 1 Card Idea Analysis:With Deflagration costing 2
I feel like Windswept is stepping too much into Fire's territory. Aside, letting it have an ability to steal cards when you are cloaked seems a bit too much. Being cloaked you already have a certain defence from having your creatures and permanents from being targeted and by Windsweeping being cloaked is that much better.

seeing as permanent control via direct paths is not exactly Air's forte. That cost lets Air have --some-- permanent control without letting it be simple permanent control for Air, it already has some of the best creature control, letting it have some cheap and quick permanent control I think is stepping into overpowered area.
With air having dominion over the airborne realm what I was thinking is that you could even change the card in such a manner:
Delay your target airborne creature 2 turns. Steal target permanent. This is as if that creature worked in flying and taking the permanent away from its owner, thus having that permanent be "windswept" away from its owner.
I'm not quite sure if successive targeting would require new coding or something too difficult but it's certainly an idea.
Having said that, I am excited that you have opened a new pathway for many card creators to take, that being, having Cloak produce new effects, even if that tool is not used on this card.
