Void needs serious playtesting to judge balance. Any volunteers?
I could try, but how exactly can Void be tested? Such cards as Void are really different from card in the game now...
Test 1
Design a deck that uses 15 void pillars and no other void cards that can stand up to competitive decks.
Replace void pillars with a useless type of pillar and give the Ai 3 the deck via the trainer.
Fight it with a variety of competitive non mono decks. (keep track of how much mark quanta would have been drained so you don't spend it)
Adjust the void pillar deck until the Ai3 wins 30-40% of the time.
Test the void pillar deck against a competitive mono deck

This might take some time, but I'll try. What kind of decks should I start with? And type of deck should the Void deck be?
Knowing I'll face Void pillars  :gravity :earth combo would seem to be the first guess. But it might be too efficient....

Build the decks assuming they have no knowledge of the others.
I would start by designing the void deck and them picking some respected pvp decks from the forum.

From the top of my head I tried a scramble shrieker void deck
Against blessed dune scorpions and then blessed pegasi deck

From here: It didn't matter what the rest of the deck was like in the first one, without blessings I was dead ( :light mar)
Game 2 even without diving the AI couldn't put up too big defense, but even a better design wouldnt have helped. Only my mark was producing  :air

So far: A mono with less pillars then the opponents void pillars will be killed. Murdered. Hopeless... Even with such a bad design, which I used, with a mono you won't be able to overcome the drain of the voids....

A deck of 15-20 void pillars, 6-8 pillars and a few hitters would kill any mono and duo which has the main element as the mark....
I'll keep trying, but gotta go now...

Changed the deck to 15 void pillars, 9  :fire pillars and 6 phoenixes

Played a couple more decks and came to the same conclusion. Tried pestosis, but couldn't play any mitosis due to void pillars. Won a couple cames still, but really close ones.

Void pillars can be balanced, when Void creatures are used, but otherwise it's pretty strong...

Test 2:
What if void pillars cost 2 :rainbow to play?
(simulate this by having the remaining fire quanta be twice the maximum drain per turn by the void pillars.)

I was about to suggest that :) Guess I forgot.... That should be better. *Goes testing*

Hmmm..... This looks a lot better now. I kept playing phoenixes vs pestosis
The confusing part is that the AI plays phoenixes, even when players would rather play Void Pillars. And then adding and then subtracting and keeping track of quanta, since I have to deduct the cost of phoenixes instead of pillar, coz of the damage. Also devourers are not the best call, since they devour both quantas. *goes switching decks*
So far I was pretty much dividing up games. When I got out a Mitosis I won. When I didn't I lost. (Though if it wasn't for the huge bunch of excess quanta it might've worked) But if Void Pillars were played over phoenixes I would have a chance....

Ideal void deck=24 void pillars + 24 non void pillars
Not sure whether it's beatable....

Any deck suggestions to test? Quanta denial can't really be tested....

You should be testing Duos, Trios, and Rainbows.
