Hmm... interesting effect, I have a special place in my heart for cards that use your opponent's strength against himself (see two of my Armory cards for proof of that, hehe).  But I think this deserves a cooler name, and while its effect is similar in principle to Antimatter, it almost seems like a Darkness card.  Especially since most Darkness creatures have low stats.  I can even see this being a creature with a one-time ability, like Deja Vu or Lycanthrope.

Those are my gut reactions, take or don't as you please!

i say it should be both.  the spell could be entropy, and then some random creature could have the ability and it costs entropy to activate

I agree, though i reckon the creature with the ability should be a rare, such as Arctic squid with Freeze ability (freeze card).

Anyways, round 2, what if this swapped the abilities of 2 cards?

This card requires a double targeting, doesn't it? You have to target the 2 creatures which swap stats, right?

I like the idea but I find it too cheap for the effect:

• Let say you have a hard hitter in game (a ruby dragon). I play a photon and this and bingo I have a ruby dragon for 1 and you lost yours.
• Let say you have a creature with an annoying ability (Oty or squid).  I play a spark and this and bingo I have a criter for my BE for 1 and your annoying creature will dye next turn.

That's why I compared it to Antimatter.  It does roughly double the effect of killing a creature - Antimatter a Ruby Dragon and you gain 15 healing and your opponent loses 15 attack - a total of 30.  Swap a Spark with a Ruby Dragon and you gain 15 attack and your opponent loses 15 attack - a total of 30.

The double-targeting issue is actually the main reason I suggested making it a creature.

Good idea and it fits entropy. But double targeting mechanism is generally frowned upon. Making it a creature would make it cooler and make it more elements friendly.

Does Vice Versa target a creature when entering play or it is an ability that permanently swaps stats with target creature or is it something else ?

Swap is an active ability used only once. Activated by clicking Vice Versa like all other active effects.
