I want to compare this to wyrm, not the actual :air dragon, atleast unupped,

twin headed dragon gets to "dive" from turn one
wyrm gets to use blessing and chaos power etc... to double buffs...
THD is one :air cheaper (initial summon) than wyrm.

Also is the upkeep lobotomizable?/active skill?

I like the idea of a mid-range dragon, and the synergy with Damselfly, but when I think of "dragon" I think of big creatures, and one with two heads....well that's even bigger/stronger? So I'm not sure the name/picture fits the stats :s but is just my opinion...

This discussion was already had over in Dragon Power (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,11526.msg165455#msg165455). I believe it was decided that Leaf Dragon, being an upgraded version of Rustler, is not a "true" dragon. One dragon per color, it seems. Of course a quick name change to "wyrm" or something similar could easily be effected.

Great minds think alike. The card's name will soon be "Twin Headed Wyvern".

After starting it, I completely missed out on all this lol, but did want to say: I did think of Leaf Dragon (and even Dragonfly!) before posting, it's just that Leaf Dragon sounds small-ish, and Dragonfly for obvious reasons, whilst Double-headed Dragon still sounded big. That was my point really, Juvenile Dragon or similar would've been my suggestion, but sounds like you've found a good answer anyway  :)
