My instinct says it's OP but unless I'm missing something it's mathematically balanced. Card is good. Nobody uses the current shield unupped lol.

I thought that it did affect both sides- my mistake. My wording has it like that. Change it to

Shield: Physical attacks have a 25 % chance of being redirected to your opponent.

Dusk says "The attacking creatures" / Fire shield says "Any attacking creature" / Ice shield says "Attacking creatures"
This wording will be work.
