NOTES:
Yeah, it would be fine if you wanted to use my card for the competition.

To be honest, I rather liked the idea, so I was a bit disappointed that other people didn't. I'm interested to see what you do with it though.

Good Luck!

Original Card: Radioactive Dump | Radioactive Dump (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,15218.0.html)

**Irony: I didn't think of the card art. I just did stuff in Photoshop. Randomly. I like how it turned out, though. Seems fitting to the card's purpose, no?

Hmmm... this Flooding has a bizarre color. What... GREEN ?

I like the idea ^^ The cost seems ok, and the :life upkeep echoes the Fallen Elf's skill cost.
Went AWOL. No reason.
Now silent. May return.

Definitely liking this effect moreso than Flooding, but I say that the card costs way too much for its worth. I'd say you should reduce both costs by at least 3 :entropy quanta - the absorption effect from another school is already a hassle to worry about, since you can't fuel the card via a mark only. Other than that, lovely artwork, and a nice revision of QuantumT's card concept in the archive. ;)

Make sure your table reflects those changes before the submission deadline is over. ;)

Flooding meets Fallen Elf... This card seems quite powerful, however I can't see any good use for it. It is a very poor lock: in addition of seven untouched creatures - same as flooding - your opponent has a chance to get powerful mutants, that will die only once in a while. On the other hand, if you want to fill your own side of the ground and hope for good mutations, since the first 7 creatures are untouched, you would need to fractal, which requires to splash in a third element. Graveyard will hardly work: if the abomination/mutant/death probabilities are the same as for Fallen Druid - this seems logical - there's only a 1 in 10 die chance.

All in all, this looks inferior to Inundation, which is already a bad card (happily it will get buffed by next upgrade, decreasing upkeep to 1 :water). One possible buff is to make it affect the whole board, at the cost of an increased upkeep and CC, but then it would definitely be OP.

All of the above is true. It was never meant to be a good card for winning a game. Rather, I hope for it to have great potential in fun games, especially with FG. (Imagine a FG with 4x2 of these + Graveyards!)

Hey, it has potential in a rainbow, even in a Life PSNbow/NovaBow, but I don't like how it can actually help your opponent in some situations... Well, an awesome card but not-so awesomely powerful.
I still like it :D

I must say I'm enjoying the various permutations various people have spun on this one. I started with bored_ninja's original (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,11963.0.html) idea and followed the threads all the way to here, and the final product looks great! Nice job on the synergy.

Mmm...mutatey flood... :P

So, if it can't absorb quanta, does it die?  If not, it might be slightly OP in a deck without life.

Yes, it works exactly like Flooding.
