I think the biggest problem this has is miracle, and i cant really see it used much if it cant summon dragons and such.
Here is my solution: play cards, then drain hp after, this way, miracle only takes you to 55|64 health. Idk about whether it would draind individually upped or not, so maybe drain 2x the cost instead of 2 cards.
Eagle: i think the card says pay hp, same as sosac does, thus would remove hp even with sosac. Besides that, most decks with this are going to be rushes, which means they wont need sosac.
