CURATOR COMMENT-Because your 'card' is actually a mechanic shared among all of the elements (i.e. - it's the same skill for each card, minus the elemental costs), there are a few things you need to fix within the table to match this special series.
-Change the '*' into [Element] for the NAME section of the table
-Do not spam icons into the ELEMENT section of the table; replace it with the phrase, {Any}, with the brackets included.
-Fix the discrepancies between the card image and the TEXT: instead of-
"
: Something Conversion
Gain 2 quantum of your mark.
If not used, produces
at the end of your turn."
...match it with the image:
"
: [Element] Conversion
Gain 2 quanta of your mark.
If unused, produce
at the end of every turn."
-Please provide a source or link to the card images used within your ideas, or change them if you aren't sure you can use them.
-Because this card can apply to any element, which image (or element) would you like to represent the series as a whole? (See Kael Hate's Quantum Flash Idea represented by Atmospheric Flash)
First off - I like this as a Series.
If you could actually post the
individual images on a separate series page, I could move that into the Series subsection and you could have your very first Series post there. ^^;;
But onto the cards themselves. Even though they're semi-awkward ripoffs of the Leaf Dragon's Photosynthesis ability, I think that this would also give duos a unique tactic of measuring quanta tradeoffs (while also completely destroying the QI concept altogether). Pendulums could technically become a thing of the past though, which is somewhat disheartening...
I do believe though that these cards
shouldn't be affected by Earthquake, thus you can only have 6 of a type in a deck (So you could have 6 Shrines of Fire and 6 Shrines of Water, etc.). This way, Temples and Shrines are more personal buildings that are manipulated by the elemental player, rather than 'set it and forget it' pillars/pendulum stacks that generate quanta on a basic cycle.
All in all, I find this concept to have a pretty great chance at getting votes in the Crucible and above, but you need to fix the above issues before it can advance.
