Yes, you can. As long as your creatures stay on your end of the field, and your opponent's creatures stay on the other side, all is well.

Yeah, I figured as much.  Aether already has PU which essentially moves a creature to your side of the field already (but it leaves the old copy where it was.)

I am not sure if this post was in response to the current card art or a previous one, as you may have edited it, but...

Really liking the card, not really liking the card art. The hands are too... human.

Here's an Aether spell with a pretty humanoid image for reference.  I don't really think that hands are a problem when a card already in-game has ears, abs, and kneecaps.

Personally, I think the cost should be reduced to 1 unupped and zero upped. The effect is most of the times too minor in order to worth a card's space and it should be available into any element, that's why I suggest the cost's decrease. I also suggest putting another minor effect along telekinesis, like healing yourself up to 3 hp or delaying for a turn the moved creature.

hmmm. I think this might be better as a reusable creature ability maybe mark sparks generate one of these upon death
