I feel it fits into more than in a uniqueness aspect. will use Immortals over this. could use this as a plain mid hitter, which it lacks unupped

Also offers a neat / synergy through Cloak (All mass CC besides Pandemonium will only delay a round)

Something that hasn't been stated: Is it lobotomizable? I assume so Inattention strikes again, I assumed wrong

because, to me, an active skill is either activated by the user (such as growth or burrow) or activated when the creature attacks (such as bio luminescence or venom). Passive abilities only come into use when a condition is met (such as poisonous only works if ingested). This is not 100% accurate for all abilities but that's why I chose passive.

It would gain the attack boost but be delayed every turn like poison until the ability is lobotomized

 I found it interesting, very balanced too, he could be the target of other things like antimatter, maxxel demon, RT, BB and etc.. and even getting damage would be delayed for 1 turn. good card.

There is actually a lot of exceptions: momentum, venom, deadly venom, neurotoxin, acceleration, overdrive, scavenger, regenerate, scramble, dagger, hammer, bow, fiery, vampire, devour, psion and all the quanta generators.

Overdrive would delay this creature every turn, still giving it a +3|0 bonus. If you lobo the overdrive it resumes attacking (it will look like a harder to use and more limited version of SoPa)

Scavanger is the only ability you listed that doesn't fit into his model of lobotomizable passive abilities. The rest have synergy with Adrenaline, or in other words, activate on hit effects
