It would sound like you're trying to overcomplicate an idea.What if it did something like:
Instead of stepping on Arctic Squid's toes, why not change Charm to let one make use of enemy actives? Attacking the opponent would make it a weak purple nymph
It would be balanced if Charm could only apply to only 1 creature at a time. So if you charm another creature, the previously charmed one should be released.Because in it's current form, it's OP to the Warden family.

They only use an active ability, on which this card has no effect.
