Stormbringer | Lower Stormbringer

I'm getting bad vibes from this working with UG, sort of (seems expensive and draw dependent, but powerful). 

When you say "each time Stormbringer takes damage" do you mean each point of damage as in a 4 damage shockwave gives 4 discharges and does 4 damage to each enemy creature <OR> do you mean each time it is damaged, so a Shockwave would be 1 discharge/1 damage to all creatures, and an Owl's Eye would be 1 discharge/1 damage to all creatures.

If it is the first way I suggest rewording the card "For each point of damage done to Stormbringer, deal 1 damage to each enemy creature."

Also 2 for a 3/9, even without an ability is really, really good.  Frogs and Graviton Guard are 5/3 and 3/5 without ability and they should be the top of the scale.  The upped version needs to be rebalanced, I'd say at least 4 or 5 for 3/9 or lower the stats a lot to fit 2 .

It's the latter, where any amount of damage from one source only causes 1 discharge.

I like the stats as is, so I guess a cost increase would be best. Thanks!

I'm liking the internal synergy, nobody seems to have mentioned OEs yet, which is probably the first think I would think about. (Keeping it mono). UGs, not so much, although Rage Potioning the upped guys and UGs would be awesome, and probably quite strong too, yet probably balanced.

I wouldn't worry about it too much with UGs, its a duo or splash in any case, and would be unlikely to be more powerful than say, GotP Nightmare.

I agree with the infection comment, and I think two opposing stormbringers would be the coolest thing ever. If the animations were good, then basilisk blood a few times (or even auburn nymph it) and just watch the thunder flow.
Basically, cool card, I like it very much. Thunderstorm was always needing an effective Graveyard card so that it wouldn't just be a +1 card in Airs Bazaar.
