Personally, I think the upgraded version should cost
quanta since 2 elements that don't synergize that well gets kinda tricky when throwing in random quanta generation. Ofcourse, one could ignore the random quanta, as in the previously mentioned combination with SoP, which would be devastating with say mark of entropy and some squids, but it doesn't benefit from the random quanta except with SoP(and if I remember correctly, upgraded SoP costs 1
to play). I think the random quanta cost would allow this card to be put in more versatile use. The cost should maybe be increased to 3, since this would probably mostly be used in entropy mark SNbows with SoSe or something of the kind.
Anyway, interesting card and original idea, though i think it needs minor tweaking.
