This is more of a game mechanics question than a question involving the card itself. So say you use this on a creature on your opponent's side of the field...say a Pest for my example's sake. Now the devourer has 4|0 and will die...but when exactly? Does this act as if playing a Thunderbolt on a creature and killing it immediately, does it die at the end of your turn (as if you had played a BL), or does it die at the end of your opponent's turn (as if your opponent had played a BL)?
Why does it have the word 'mass' in its name when it only targets one creature?

Momentum voodoos + this will work right? Or Steam Machines?
