Sounds good to me. Lobotomizable, but decreasingly worth the effort as the card itself gets stronger (i.e. Overdrive it on turn 1 sure, but maybe not when it's already 6/6 :) )

I think it will work in an epi-overdrive/SoP way, fast growth, but wich will last just like three turns because of epi ineffectiveness when big ATK.

Excellent idea, but i think the cost is too cheap for this power. I think it should  be  :life :life for the nonupped, &  :life for the upped. By the way, I really want to see this card in the game :)
