You should make it target your own creatures only or it would be unfair to opponents that don't use 

If this card gets passed I'd make a growing deck...place units with supernova and grow with light pillars

light quanta generation is heavy, Fireflys, Solar shield...

somehow i think this card would be OP

EDIT: come to think of it, its like his ability is a SoR ... because light quanta are almost for free if you use the right decks^^

With this card you can use RoL to power up any abilities of creatures. I like it.
