Anyway, it make not sense for me. I did not even know the existence of that card, and of course there isn't majofa who invented this, it's a direct conseguence of Crusader instead.

Submission status is very relevant. If someone makes a card in 2009 and never submits it, no one will ever see it. In this case it's very reasonable for someone who comes up with the same idea to be able to post and submit it.

In this case, there are numerous differences between the card ideas as well. I also highly doubt that this 'Animate Shield' idea is exclusive to majofa's card.

more specific than that, "creature gains ability of target shield and use it as protection" type thing. targeting shields for some other purpose in general is fine, as long as it isnt something which has specifically been done before.

I agree with Xeno. People come up with similar ideas independently all the time. i see no problem why they cant keep developing it. especially if the other idea was never submitted.

You do not own specific wording on a card. You own the card as a whole. the theme, type, words, mechanic all together. You cant point to one part of a card and say that no one else can use that 1 part of a card cause i posted it first.

the core mechanic is the same, the creature gets the ability of a shield and gravity pull.  the set up (targeting the shield vs coming into play with your existing shield) is not significant.  but whatever, this forum is clearly going down to the dogs.

Freeze.
Delay.
Buff.
Debuff.
Target Creature.
Target everything.

Because them are be made before.

I like the card even if the idea isn't so new; I suggest to Dag to specify in detail what happens for each shield...
