So steam + reprisal=+10-1 attack per turn?

If you only have one reprisal... it can get a lot more powerful :D

Yes, for each Reprisal ability you have in play, one Steam Machine can ignore a turn's worth of -1 attack drain, to the tune of :time :time.

Easily my favorite of your weapon series so far. New cards should always make you start thinking of interesting synergies and decks they would work for, and this card definitely does that. I kinda wish it had more synergy with other Time cards, but it's still excellent, and I hope the idea makes it into the game in some form.

Not hourglasses so much, since they're not a creature, but definitely a possibility with Golden Nymph, Animated Eternity (*drools*), and Anubis (huge Quinted armies ftw!).  Also, this helps to give :time synergy with so many other elements.  Definitely love this card.

I believe the card says target, not target creature.  Or the OP hasn't been updated.  Can Johann make this absolutely clear?

He says creature or permanent in the description, so you're right it could recharge HG.

Ah, thank you, YoungSot, for the correction.  I obviously missed that part.  I'm not a huge fan of that aspect, but I don't see it as necessarily gamebreaking.

Permanents are viable Reprisal targets, however there are few non-weapon permanents with abilities, and for the weapons, you'd need to run a Crusader (implies trio-deck) or Animate Weapon (duo only if Owl's Eye or upped, otherwise trio).
