This card combos with your own photon to make a freaking awesome creature on about turn 2-3 reliably :p  The upped one will do 60 damage on its own before reverting.

IMO the bunny should be a life card with matching cost and the ability cost should be something other than entropy. It seems odd for a rabbit to be entropy and equally bizzare for violence to be entropy aligned but Polymorph itself makes sense in this element.
I would also like to see bunny be RTable for a non-temporary version that lasts the duration of the game.

How about this: This card could also be beneficial if put on one of your own creatures.
Such as locking the bunny condition if the cost is paid, and giving the upped a greater boost if the cost is paid.
My 3 game-modification principles:
1. If it ain't broke, don't wreck it.
2. Simple fixes for simple problems.
3. Remember to fill in the holes.

I would make the bunny 1/1, and then have it gain +2/0, making it a lot more vulnerable and less overpowered.

there are checks and balances to polymorph as an offensive and defensive spell. 
if you use it defensively on an opponent's creature- it will bite you if he can pay to ramp it up (in other words is a bad idea). otherwise it is a solid soft cc spell.
if you use it offensively on your own creature to turn into the super bunny- it will only have a set duration, taking a card which would otherwise be overpowered into being situationally good.

*also, there is already +2|+2 included in the effect, no need for an additional +1|+1 from momentum.
*being able to finagle your way into having a perma-bunny is not desirable and means to do so were actively thought out and dismantled.
*its a short duration, decreasing survivability/attack strength further isn't warranted.

Why is this? It would take a minimum of 3 cards, 2 turns and 2 elements (3 if bunny became life) to get a single powerful creature.I see that as significantly more effort than reward, meaning that there is no reason to limit a player's fun by removing it.
