I'm not too sure about the cost. 4/1 maybe, but it would be nice to make the upped one free if possible.
I'm sure I don't need to tell you what this card would be used for.

Well, it's an interesting addition to a possible future phoenix series (this plus Khalni* fireblade and maybe something else )

Maybe also make some sort of phoenix queen that can also lay eggs

The upped would be a killer replacement for RoL/BL in destroyer/fire rushes ^__^ It really should cost 1 on the upped to put a cap on it's 1st turn destruction ability combined with destroyers and dragons though (maybe 4 upped aswell)
