its a good idea, but in my opinion, more quanta for light will make it incredibly OP. The only reason some miracle decks don't work is because there isn't enough quanta to use miracles. Give them more quanta, and it could probably get as bad as a firestall, in my opinion.

i dont think this makes miracle too much stronger... maybe in arena, but not PVP.

updated it to affect all quanta producing creatures, not just light, so it's not so narrow
