I still think it should only give a % chance to reflect, or maybe a limited duration would work. I'm worried this could make bonewall a little too OP. But maybe im just overreacting.
That aside, given the addition of SoW and Psion, this will be quite a handy card. (may even have some offensive potential if you play    and pack a couple shards of wisdom)
As it is now, the cost is probably ok. Maybe slightly on the high side. If it is made to give a % reflect or limited duration, it should probably be much lower.

I think this card is ok in terms of cost, since it is strong and it shouldn't be cheaper. In mono-light this card is not very useful, but in light-duo decks it can buff Dim Shields, Bone Walls etc. making it a very strong buff, so a high  cost is needed to balance this.

and besides, is THE element that can generate ungodly amounts of quantum rapidly. it would still be worth playing even if it was pricier. i'm thinking i'd need to play this to see if the cost is right or not, though

Firstly, I'd like to mention that I find the card to be a little too expensive, I would put it at 3-4 at most, but you may want to get OldTrees' opinion on this one.

Aside, the card wording "Your shield will now reflect spell damage to your opponent. It is also cannot be destroyed or stolen." is very awkward, particularly the second sentence. While the card was moved up to the Crucible because there weren't any disqualifying errors I could find, you might want to find a grammatically correct way to phrase it.

I would suggest the following text modification:
"It is also cannot be destroyed or stolen." --> "Also, it cannot be destroyed or stolen."
