and what's the problem with this card? why don't you say 'my opponent don't have anything but 1 hp left. and he must absolutely die with my infinite quanta farenheit!'?
are that make farenheit look OPer?
Woah, calm down. Let's calculate the cost first to get a few things straight.
Weapon Formula = If Creature + Ability Threat + Bonuses (special thanks to Oldtrees and Nepycros for original formula)
Unuppped:
If Creature: +7 (+2 from High Health)
Ability Threat: +1 ( HP isn't as easy to control, but can be more effective when used correctly. Fortunatley, Gravity has no Player Heal card.)
Bonus?: Weapons get -3 for slot.
Final Cost: 5
Upped
If Creature: +7 (+2 from High Health)
Ability Threat : +1
Bonus?: -1/-2 for Upgrade, -3 for slot, -5 total.
Final Cost: 4
/3
joebob and nepy are just stating how strong this card could be and I have to admit this card would become the immediate favorite of any FG/AI 5 grinder because of their head start with HP(that being said however, FGs are the
last reason to balance a card). On average, I'd say the usual difference between players would be 10-20 HP, so you'd get about 7-9 damage per turn out of this. When compared to other weapons (I'm using Morning Star as my base here), it does rely on other cards (especially the healing shards and animate weapon), but has a slightly higher cost than Farenheit to justify that.
It looks fine IMHO, but if it really needs a nerf, a +1 cost raise shouldn't hurt.
