I really like the idea of this... it introduces a sort of Darkness semi-Fractal if you target your own creature with Nightmare.  :D

Considering the amount of preparation, even though it only costs 9 to pull off, you can essentially mono-pestal now. Not to mention, you're using 2 cards for a Fractal that can drain 16 HP from the opponent!

I don't really understand what you mean. xD I suppose you're talking about nightmare + obscure reflection.

Well, for being a "fractal that drains 16 HP" your opponent shouldn't have card in his hand, and you should spend 9/7 darkness quanta.

Anyway I created this card when nightmare didn't drain 2HP for each card added to the opponent's hand, and I'm disposed to nerf Ob. Ref. if it's OP.^^

I am pretty sure it is not necessary. To make it as good as fractal (creates up to 8 cards) it requires no cards in your opponent's hand and a combo of 2 in yours. So it can be sightly cheaper. Specialy considering that the control of your opponents hand comes from nightmare and not from the present card. More importantly the card has a completely new mechanic which could be assimilated to a precognitive-mindgate. I mean the card also has interest by itself and this IMO correspond well to 7|6 :darkness .

I like this card. Very creative and would be +1 reason for me to try Darkness based decks. Already tried some but it's not my.. I mean, STONE SKIN is the most beautiful card in the game, so, Earth! lol

On topic:
The cost is balanced, imo, would be awesome in a rainbow deck or, as stated before, Nightmare + this could make a pretty good combo.
