Woudln't this card's effects partly nullified by Sanctuary?
Sadly, yes... I assume it doesn't give you the quanta, unless you destroy it yourself or play AW.

These are the right answers.
The effects of sanc limit the in-element synergy of this card but I don't think that would be a big problem, given that a lot of
permanents are immaterial and cannot be removed in opponent's turn anyway.
Otherwise, sanc + this would be a very powerful protection combo if sanc didn't limit part of the Northern Star effects.
