Because it is so versatile, it should cost more.  Say 7 and 6?  It's not predictable, but very powerful.

On another note, the cost is fine, it costs more than any other weapon.

so this is kinda OP, especially with crusaders, you basically get all weapon effects, maybe it should cost more, or have an upkeep, possibly a limited number of times it changes? upkeep suits entropy, if you cant pay 2  :entropy, shift is destroyed/doesnt shift...

and the name should be Mutagenic Weapon
