Awesome idea SunnyGreens. I'd suggest lowering the summoning cost maybe to 3 :light or something.

this is the poster boy for thinking out of the box
very nice

edit:
but the card itself is over-costed for what it does imo, more so when i read that it will only take away bio from your creatures instead of all creatures
perhaps somewhere between 3~5 :light would be more appropriate?

yeah or this+RoL Decks+ luminessence = holy wtf sugarwaffles, you'd have an im penetrable defense(mostly) a monster with a 22l22 and on top of that the chance of dragons being bioluminesseced then playing this

Yeah, maybe too epic... Also I have to admit that It is hard to find a way to balance it out.
If you make it N/2 nstead of N, then noone would use it because a goldn dragon does a better job and if you keep it as it is, you have ultimate attack and defense at the end (a shield that blocks 22 dmg and a few creatures with the same amount of dmg).
What about setting the HP to 0? So you can have >20 attack Monsters but only as much as you have Nymphs.

you make it seem as if this card is OP but you're talking about 4 cards combo BEFORE adding in <this> card

rols + luminescence/light nymph + this is a 3 cards combo that gives this creature 6+ HP AT MOST on first casting (not subsequent use of luminescence, rinse and repeat)
the only way to have a 22|22 <this> is either by fractal, graveyard's generated skellys or actually hard casting all vanilla (no ability) creatures to fill the entire creature slot except for one of <this> on first casting
this wont break the bank by any means (no more than say, a Chimera would anyway)

Just imagine:
You replace the light dragons in the RoL farm deck by luminary.
Next you play against a false god or pvp or wahat ever and after a few rounds you have 8 RoLs and a white nymph on the field, which is not so rare if I think of my deck.
By chance the next card is luminary, which you play and fractal - so all light emitting effects are removed for a 9|9 creature but you don't care because you have your light nymph.
After that you get a stronger luminary each round (or more then one if you have 2 or more nymphs) for just 1/3 of the quanta a light dragon would cost you (1/4 upgraded).
So in my opinion a nerv is necessary at the moment.

no i was talking about RoL decks like RoL/Hope, and you just keep it towards the end like you would the dragons

hmm let see...
Ray of Light + Fractal + Light Nymph + Hope + Luminary
so you need a 5 cards combo and a rarer rare to successfully pull this off
AND...its a game ender

a cause for concern/nerf? i dont think so

before saying a card needs nerfing, try to think of the big picture rather than focus on 1, ONE particular deck that already has an OP card *cough*frac*cough* and saying this needs a nerf because of said deck

CURATOR COMMENT
-Type the word Light in the Element section of the table, and remove the icon. :light means Light quanta, and not the element Light. The two are not interchangeable.

RoL/Hope much? :P Nice job on also making the first creature idea to follow up with the "+|+" mechanic of gaining stats based on how many 'objects' you absorb (in this case, light-emission abilities from Fireflies, Rays of Light, or other creatures affected by Light Nymph/Luciferin).
