This card is only worth it for the situational times the opponent has Thorn or Fire Shield.

they wouldnt in most cases, hence this is like a weaker immortality.

Yes, because people tend to run a lot of RoF and use them in multitude.  Also, consider that you won't probably be running more than one of these?  At ~3, you've made your creatures capable of surviving the second RoF.  And that's not accounting for Mitosis in element.

No, because this has 4 hp, so it won't die until the second RoF anyway. And the damage is applied to all creatures at the same time, so it won't help them until a third RoF. I think you should buff this by reducing its HP to 3 or 2 (never thought I'd say that about a card )

why wouldn't gravity pull work? it's just a crappy combo for only +2 at that cost.

What if you were to remove the opponents involvement entirely. If the creature is killed by any source, your creatures gain +1/+1   -  +2/+2

Targeting it yourself would allow you to activate the ability easier, and I can't imagine that would make it OP.
