I'd use the unnuped as a troll card and the upped in myself (together with heavy draw power).

Not that long.   8 cards on turn 1, two more assuming unupped quanta, and your aiming this at a player with 20 cards in their deck, effectively reducing their draw power by 1/4.

Also, by time the third or fourth Useless Vermin is casted, at worst the opponent's hand will be so clogged that at least half of their hand cards are Relics.

The extra five Relics/Giant Frogs are placed into the target player's deck, regardless if the deck contained 0, 5, 15, or 50 cards, am I correct?

Reduced the cost of the upped by one simply because arena isn't a concern anymore.
